We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the information below.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the delivered item was defective or incorrectly supplied.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Vintage & Second-Hand Items
Most of our products are vintage and second-hand items. Signs of age and previous use may be part of an item's character and are described to the best of our knowledge in the product description and shown in the product photographs.
Your statutory warranty rights and right of withdrawal remain unaffected.
