TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Z Vintage online shop at www.zvintage.de.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
A trader is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
The customer can first place the selected products in the shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting the order, the entered data can be reviewed and changed using the correction options provided in the ordering process.
By clicking the final order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
After receiving the order, the customer receives an automatic order confirmation by email. By sending this order confirmation, we accept the customer's offer. The purchase contract is concluded at this point.
The order data is stored and sent to the customer together with the order confirmation by email. The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the contract is concluded are made available to the customer with the order confirmation.
If a customer account has been set up, the order information available there can be viewed via the customer account.
The language of the contract is German. Insofar as the online shop is additionally provided in English, the contract may also be concluded in English.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices stated in the online shop are total prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (German VAT Act, small business regulation), no VAT is charged and therefore none is shown.
Any additional shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process before the order is submitted with binding effect.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These charges are not levied by Z Vintage and are not included in the stated product prices or shipping costs. They may be payable by the recipient to the relevant authorities.
5. Payment Terms
The available payment methods are shown to the customer during the ordering process.
The availability of individual payment methods may depend in particular on the delivery country, the currency used, and the requirements of the respective payment service provider.
Payment processing is carried out, depending on the payment method selected, via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or the payment service provider indicated during the ordering process.
The due date for payment depends on the payment method selected and the terms shown during the ordering process. Unless stated otherwise, the invoice amount is due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the delivery countries available during the ordering process.
The applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown in the online shop, in the shipping terms, or during the ordering process.
Delivery is made exclusively by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
Personal collection of the goods at the business premises or at any other location is not offered.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Z Vintage until the purchase price has been paid in full.
8. Vintage and Second-Hand Items
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the respective product description, the products offered are used vintage or second-hand items.
Due to their age and previous use, the items may show individual signs of age or wear.
The specific condition of the respective item, as well as any recognizable or known signs of use, special features, and defects, are described in the respective product description and shown in the product photographs.
The customer is asked to carefully review the product description and the product images provided before placing an order.
If an item deviates from the objective requirements for goods, the customer will be separately informed of this before placing their order, and the respective deviation will, where legally required, be expressly and separately agreed.
The customer's statutory rights in the case of defects that were not agreed upon or not properly disclosed remain unaffected.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The conditions, deadlines, and consequences of withdrawal, as well as information on returns, can be found in the separate withdrawal instructions and/or the withdrawal policy of the online shop.
The statutory model withdrawal form is also made available in the online shop.
10. Statutory Warranty Rights
Statutory warranty rights apply.
The customer's statutory rights are not restricted by these Terms and Conditions.
An additional guarantee exists only if such a guarantee has been expressly offered for the respective item and labeled accordingly.
11. Liability
The statutory liability provisions apply.
12. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
14. Codes of Conduct
Z Vintage has not subjected itself to any special codes of conduct.
15. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the statutory provisions shall otherwise remain unaffected.
